  Product Introduction:   

The single-channel percussive airway clearance system promotes the removal of secretions and sputum, relieves bronchial smooth muscle spasms, enhances local blood circulation, accelerates lymphatic drainage, reduces edema, alleviates congestion, improves blood oxygen saturation, and ameliorates respiratory sounds.

  Indications:   

   1. A large amount of secretions accumulated in the lungs of patients after surgery due to muscle weakness in the Surgical incision and limited exercise in the recovery period after surgery.

   2. Respiratory disease: Due to various factors such as infection, allergies, chemicals, dust, etc., the ability to clear airway secretions decreases, and the loss of elasticity of the alveoli leads to obstruction of mucus excretion.

   3. After Tracheotomy, the cough mechanism is limited, resulting in secretion accumulation.

   4. Comatose patients have poor response to the outside world, weakened resistance, and difficulty in expelling secretions from the lungs.

   Contraindications:   

   1. Skin and subcutaneous infections at the contact area of the chest

   2. Lung tumor (including rib and spinal tumor) and vascular malformation

   3. Tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, and chest wall diseases; Unlimited lung abscess

   4. Having a tendency to bleed due to hemorrhagic diseases or abnormal coagulation mechanisms; Pulmonary thrombosis; Pulmonary bleeding and hemoptysis

   5. Patients who cannot tolerate vibration

   6. Acute myocardial infarction; Atrial and ventricular fibrillation of the heart; Intramural thrombus of the heart

  How to use:   

Patient: Generally assumes a lateral decubitus position.
Nurse: Holds the percussor head with one hand and uses the other hand to guide it, applying light pressure.
Percussion Area: Proceed from top to bottom and from the periphery inward until the entire lung field is covered.
Duration: Treatment is recommended 2 to 4 times daily, either 2 hours before or after meals. Administer 20 minutes of nebulization therapy before treatment and perform suction 5 to 10 minutes after treatment. Each session should last between 5 to 20 minutes.

  Precautions:   

   1. The basic treatment frequency is between 15CPS and 35CPS, and the frequency cannot exceed 35CPS.

   2. When using the buckle adapter for treatment, it is important to have the buckle adapter directed towards the patient's main airway.

  3. To avoid cross infection, it is advisable to use disposable buckle masks as much as possible.

  4. Most patients can choose a sturdy and smooth rubber percussion head, while those who are too sensitive can choose a polyurethane sponge percussion head.

  Safe use:   

  Observe the patient and consider discontinuing use if:

  1. Bleeding spots or skin ecchymosis at the operating site

  2. Emerging blood phlegm

  3. During the use of the instrument, the patient is highly mentally nervous

  4. Significant changes in vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure during use in critically ill patients
